IAFT’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) serves as an opportunity for stakeholders and members to receive updates on the company’s operations and financial status. During the AGM, attendees are able to cast their votes on relevant matters, promoting transparency and accountability. These meetings are held once a year and are conducted outside of the office to accommodate a larger audience.

In addition to the AGM, Special General Meetings (SGM) may be called for specific, critical topics such as bye-law reviews, election awareness, or important communications from government authorities. SGMs are focused solely on the matter at hand and no other business is conducted during these meetings.

The Executive Committee (EC) of IAFT meets every two months at various locations, sometimes in conjunction with farm visits. These meetings provide an opportunity for experts to share insights on marketing, new projects, and policy implementations. During EC meetings, the progress of ongoing activities, subcommittee recommendations, and financial status are discussed. Members can view photographs and videos of these meetings on our website.
